Having given golf lessons to all ages and abilities for over ten years I have found that most of us shy away from the areas of our game which really need to improve. Prior to your next lesson have a think about what your golfing goals are for the year ahead and what areas of your game would benefit from some extra practice, maximising your opportunity to reach your golfing goals? As a generalisation, we are guilty of practicing the areas of our game which we enjoy and already excel in. We would love to hear from you and help you with the areas of your game which will take your game to the next level!
Maybe, you have too many three-putts as a result of poor distance control? Or do you miss too many fairways to the right meaning you have to chip out sideways? It could be that you play well in practice rounds with your friends but struggle to replicate that in competitions?

Our Staff
Fraser Dunlop
Fraser's career within the golf industry kicked off in real style where he worked at one of the finest and most historic resorts in the US - The Breakers, Palm Beach, Fl. Fraser’s experience at The Breakers provided him with an exceptionally high level of training and fueled his appetite to work within the golf industry. Fraser returned from Florida in 2008 where he was provided with the opportunity to work at 2014 Ryder Cup venue, The Gleneagles Hotel. Working through the ranks over a 10 year period Fraser completed his PGA training at the Gleneagles Golf Academy and went on to become the PGA Golf Academy Manager where Fraser managed the day to day operations of the Golf Academy and lead the team of PGA Professionals. In late 2017 Fraser moved to Aboyne Golf Club, Aberdeenshire in the role of Director of Golf / PGA Head Professional in a diverse role allowing Fraser to develop his coaching across all sections of the club. In June 2020 Fraser was appointed as Director of Golf / PGA Head Professional at Mortonhall Golf Club. Fraser has an engaging and friendly personality and is proud to be leading the team of Professionals at Mortonhall Golf Club.We hope to see you soon for your next golf lesson!
