Founded in 1892, Mortonhall is the oldest course in the City of Edinburgh over which golf is still played and is regarded as one of Scotland’s premier clubs.
At Mortonhall, warm up for your game using the practice facilities on site. We have three, 40 foot long, nets located near the 1st tee where you can hit full shots.
The putting green situated behind the clubhouse, near the 18th green, is used for putting practice only and the larger putting green located in front of the Pro Shop can be used for putting and chipping practice.
The well appointed Clubhouse was refurbished in 2020. It is a modern decorated facility with a wood panelled lounge with an open fireplace and another more extensive lounge with slide panel walls that allows for various sizes of functions.
The Professional Shop is the stockist of the very latest in cutting edge golf equipment and designer apparel. Our excellent professional team are on hand to offer impartial advice in all aspects of golf and retail.
